60 credits a month
about 5 figures, with download restrictionsan average over easy and hard problems, edits included — easy ones use far fewer credits
Every plan comes with credits, and extra credits are sold in packs of 500 for $5. Credits measure the AI work behind a figure: each action uses exactly the work it takes — you see its credits count up while it works, and you can stop it at any time (it then uses what was spent until then, including model calls already running).
One action uses at most 300 credits, unless you change that limit on your account page.
To start, a new figure needs 15 credits free (a solution figure 20, a chat edit 10); only what it uses is charged.
Plan credits renew each month and do not carry over.
Pack credits last 12 months.
The Free plan gets 60 credits every month, from the day you confirm your email address.
Paid plans renew automatically unless you turn renewal off.
Credits measure the AI work behind your figures. Every plan includes credits each month, and extra credits are sold in packs of 500 for $5. Most new figures use 1–3 credits; a hard problem that needs several attempts uses more, never more than the limit for one action (300 unless you change it on your account page). A chat edit usually uses 1–2. Editing the design, moving points, effects, size changes, downloads and redraws use none.
Can a hard problem use up my credits?
While a figure is being made, the chat shows the credits it has used so far and a Stop button: press it and you keep the best figure found until then, using the credits spent until then (including model calls that were already running). You can also set the most one action may use on your account page.
What happens when a figure fails?
Every reply says what was checked. A figure uses the credits of the work it took, verified or not. If the service does not answer at all, nothing is used; work it answers late still uses its credits.
How do I pay?
Paid plans are not on sale yet — until they open, only the Free plan is available and nothing is charged. When they open: Choose a plan and pay by card or the other methods the checkout offers. The plan starts as soon as the payment goes through. Payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller, which also sends your receipt.
Do plans renew automatically?
Yes, unless you turn it off on your account page: at the end of each month or year the same payment method is charged and the plan goes on without a gap. With renewal off, the plan ends on its date and the account goes back to Free. The card on file and your invoices are on your account page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of a payment if no credits have been used since it — any plan, renewal or credit pack. The refund is what you paid minus the payment fee our reseller Paddle keeps on a refund (and the tax on that fee, where tax was charged); in the EU, the EEA and the UK it is the full amount. Write to us with the order's code; the refund policy has the details.
Can I use the figures commercially?
Yes, with Pro: a figure downloaded on Pro may be used in anything sold or published — books, journals, paid courses, worksheets, apps, pages that earn money — for good, even after the plan ends (unless that payment is refunded). Figures downloaded on Free and Personal are for personal and classroom use: study, your own teaching, and posts you earn nothing from. Details are on the copyright page.
What do Free downloads look like?
PNG images at 300 and 600 dpi with a small, faint makegeodiagrams.com mark laid along a line of the figure (or in an empty spot). Paid plans download PNG, SVG and PDF without the mark.
