Refund policy

• A payment is refunded if you ask within 14 days of it and no credits have been used since it — a monthly or 12-month plan, a renewal, or a credit pack alike.
• Once credits have been used after a payment, that payment is not refundable, except where the law requires it.
• The refund is what you paid minus the payment fee that our reseller Paddle keeps when a payment is refunded (and minus the sales tax or VAT on that fee, where tax was charged). We tell you the exact amount before the refund is made.
• If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the refund is the full amount: cancelling within 14 days of a payment, before any of its credits are used, is your legal right, and nothing is kept.
• Organisation licences follow their contract.

How to ask

Write to contact@makegeodiagrams.com from your account's email address and give the order's code (it is on your account page). We check the request against the rules above and reply, usually within two working days. You can also use the support link in the receipt Paddle emailed you (paddle.net → Request refund); a request made there is decided by Paddle under its own refund policy. Payments are made through our reseller Paddle.com, so the refund is made by Paddle to the payment method you used — usually within a few days of approval, and at most 14 days after it; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Once a refund is made, what that payment bought is removed from the account — the time it paid for, or its credits — and a refunded subscription does not renew again (refunding a move to Pro does not bring back the plan you had before it). The permission that payment gave goes back too: figures downloaded while that plan was active, and earlier figures it covered, return to the permission of the plan you had before it (see copyright).

What you are never charged for

If the AI service does not answer at all, an action uses no credits; work it does answer, even after the reply, uses its credits. A result uses the credits of the work it took, whether or not it could be verified. Stopping an action keeps what was spent until then, including model calls that were already running. The design editor, Move, Effects, size changes, downloads and redraws never use credits.

Automatic renewal

Paid plans renew automatically: the payment method you used is charged at the end of each month (or twelve months) for the same plan and term. Turn renewal off on your account page at any time (except in the half hour before a renewal is charged, and while a failed renewal payment is being retried — then use the cancel link in Paddle's emails) and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for, after which the account returns to the Free plan. A renewal is a new payment and follows the same rules: it is refunded if you ask within 14 days of it and no credits have been used since it. To avoid a renewal you do not want, turn renewal off before your plan ends.
